My Journey
Meredith Mainguy is the founder of Lightweaver, a vibrational medicine practice devoted to gentle restoration and emotional balance.
Her work centers on supporting the body’s innate capacity to regulate, recover, and reorient after periods of stress, depletion, or transition. Through flower essence therapy, subtle energy work, and ritual-based practices, Meredith offers a quiet, grounded approach to wellbeing—one that respects the body’s timing and intelligence.
With a background in design, holistic aesthetics, and vibrational medicine, Meredith bridges sensory awareness with energetic refinement. She is particularly drawn to working with the unconscious and emotional body, helping clients soften patterns of tension and reconnect with a sense of coherence and inner stability.
Her approach is informed by the wisdom of nature, reverence for the earth’s regenerative intelligence, and a belief that lasting change unfolds gradually, through consistency and care rather than force.
Meredith is a long-standing member of the Canadian Reiki Association and is affiliated with the Flower Essence Society and the International Energetic Healing Association.
